Sunaina’s Food Diary – Day 5

10am: a large smoothie
(strawberries, raspberries, kiwifruit, banana)

12am: pappardelle pasta with green asparagus,
spinach and tomato

2pm: one ice popsicle

4pm: a small serving of salad
(lettuce, tomato, carrots, corn, cucumber),
a vegan veggie burger

8pm: three slices of tofu with soy sauce, a small serving of lentil soup, a small serving of snap peas, a couple of almonds

10pm: one slice of tofu, a small nuts & seeds bar,
one ice popsicle
